Author:HE Zhiqin Publish:2023-07-12

Recently, Associate Professor CHEN Yuting from the Department of Sociology and Dr. XU Yulu from the Department of Public Administration attended the VII International Nevsky Forum online and gave speeches. Nevsky Forum is annually held by the North-West Institute of Management in Russia, providing a platform for experts and scholars from all over the world to conduct academic discussions on international public administration. This year, the forum was themed “The role of Russia in the formation of a multipolar world: challenges, opportunities, prospects, management decisions”. This year’s Forum was the third time for SAI to participate in the forum, which enhanced the academic and cultural exchanges between China and Russia and improved mutual understanding and recognition.

In 2004, the North-West Institute of Management signed a memorandum of understanding with SAI. Over the years, the two sides have conducted extensive and in-depth cooperation through mutual visits and exchanges, academic seminars, postgraduate exchanges, and publications. As an academic achievement of the multilateral international forum in September 2022, the article Social Equality in Russia and China: Generality and Particularity written by a Russian expert was published in Party and Government Forum in May this year. As academic achievements of the China-Russia bilateral symposium in November 2022, two articles from SAI titled “How Does the Establishment of a Credit System Under the Background of Digitization Empower Primary-Level Governance?” and “The Role of China’s Social Credit Management in the Socialist Market Economic System” were accepted by the Russian journal Administrative Consulting and will be published in September this year. The Russian journal Administrative Consulting has been included in the Russian index of scientific citing (RISC) system, as well as international databases such as ERIH PLUS, EBSCO, and Ulrichs journal catalogs.
