As an important carrier of China-Vietnam exchanges, SPI/SAI will provide training for middle-level and senior civil servants of Ho Chi Minh City in Shanghai from 2024 to 2026. During the pandemic, the two sides maintained online academic exchanges. SPI/SAI received the Vietnamese delegation for the first time this year, which can deepen mutual understanding.
Nguyen Thi Thanh Hsien thanked SPI/SAI for thoughtful arrangements and introduced the organizational structure, functional positioning, central tasks, etc. of the Vietnamese party school system. She believed that the development of party schools at all levels in China had provided Chinese experience for Vietnam. It is hoped that the two sides will continue to maintain in-depth exchanges in the future and make greater contributions to the building of the two parties and the needs of the two peoples for development.
At the exchange meeting, the heads of the Division of Party and Masses’ Affairs, Division of Teaching Management, and Division of Scientific Research Management introduced the achievements of SPI/SAI in party building, teaching and scientific research respectively.
