On January 13th and 14th, a Mongolian party led by Dr. Surenchimeg, President of the Mongolian National Academy of Governance, visited SPI. ZENG Jun, Executive Vice President of SPI, presided over the meeting in the company of the relevant comrades from the Foreign Affairs Office.

ZENG Jun greeted Dr. Surenchimeg and her company. He outlined the basic conditions of SPI, focusing on the international education features of SPI. He also reviewed the history of exchanges between SPI and Mongolia. ZENG Jun said that 2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Mongolia and the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries. He said the visit of the Mongolian National Academy of Governance, the first since the new year's arrival, will open a new chapter of SPI's high-quality international education. He hopes that this visit will enhance the understanding and trust between the two schools and deepen the bilateral cooperation.

Dr. Surenchimeg gave a brief introduction to the Mongolian National Academy of Governance, and praised SPI's modern teaching facilities and scientific training system. She looks forward to further cooperation in the future. Dr. Surenchimeg said that Mongolia firmly pursues a friendly policy towards China and hopes that the in-depth exchanges between the two schools will make due contributions to China-Mongolia friendship. The two parties had a deep discussion on renewing the memorandum of understanding, cooperation projects, etc.
