On December 13, the Jiefang Daily ran a headline story titled New-era Party lectures: This is How We Take Them on its front page, highlighting our institute's initiative to collaborate with Shanghai People's Radio to launch the all-media Party lecture “20 Talks on the Essence of the 20th CPC National Congress”, creating a mainstream narrative product following the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held.
At the 20th CPC National Congress, a new roadmap and action guide were drawn up, making it the primary political task for all strivers in the new era to understand and comprehend this proclamation. To maximize the effectiveness of this all-media party lecture, our institute leadership gave it high priority, mobilizing the whole institute to integrate all resources. Three months prior to the 20th CPC National Congress, our teaching departments began to prepare and deploy, holding various conferences such as teaching and research, topic selection and planning, and expert consultation to define the theme, topics, and teaching principles and objectives, refine the presentation and delivery formats, and select qualified teachers according to the topic direction and related teaching and research results. After the Congress opened, our institute promptly organized a collective preparation meeting to hone the speeches and eventually settle on 20 key words such as "Great Transformation", "Chinese-style Modernization" and "Whole-process People's Democracy" as 20 lecture topics. We carefully crafted each speech, focusing on the report to the 20th National Congress, repeatedly emphasizing the importance of presenting new ideas, theories, methods and summaries in a vivid and unique way. The day after the full text of the report to the 20th CPC National Congress was officially released, 20 associate professors or above from our institute, along with the "Golden Microphone" host, QIN Chang, presented the content in a live broadcast with audio and video synchronously on the Shanghai People’s Radio Citizen and Society program. Moreover, 20 netizens were invited to join in the discussion of each Party lecture.

It is reported that the live broadcast of the Party lecture during October 27 to November 7 has seen a steady rise in radio audience ratings, with the peak period rating reaching 1.22%. The total number of listeners exceeded 1.04 million.
