On the afternoon of March 1, SPI/SAI held an opening ceremony for the spring semester of 2022. HU Wenrong, member of the Standing Committee and Director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. SUN Ganlin, Vice director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Party Secretary of the Municipal Social Work Commission, presided over the opening ceremony. XU Jiangang, executive vice president of SPI/SAI, explained the overall teaching arrangement.
　　As HU Wenrong pointed out, the establishment of Comrade XI Jinpings core position on the CPC Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and the defining of the guiding role of XI Jinpings Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era are two major historic conclusions achieved from a profound summary of the Partys century-old experience and the Partys great practices since the 18th National Congress of the Party. All trainees must enhance the awareness of our political position, deeply understand the decisive significance of the two conclusions, and keep enhancing the ideological, political, and action consciousness of loyally supporting the two conclusions and resolutely upholding General Secretary XI Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole, as well as the Party Central Committee’s authority and its centralized, unified leadership.

　　HU Wenrong emphasized that we should enhance political awareness, strengthen loyalty to the Party, consider the studying and implementing of XI Jjinpings Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the fundamental principle, the foundation of performing duties, and the key to success, and maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade XI Jinping at its core. We should dare to take responsibility, emphasize implementation, be enthusiastic, creative and responsible, and cultivate the best working style in practical work. We should be focused and professional, do everything at hand in a down-to-earth manner, strive to become experts in our own fields, adapt to the needs of development and change with excellent skills, and earnestly internalize and externalize our loyal support for the two above conclusions and our resolute upholding of General Secretary XI Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole, as well as the Party Central Committee’s authority and its centralized, unified leadership.
　　More than 400 people attended the opening ceremony, including the trainees from the 129th Class for Officials Further Studies and the other four classes, the middle-ranking and above cadres, all the teachers of SPI/SAI, and the executive vice presidents of the District Party/Administration institutes.
