On May 14, the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee held a meeting and discussed the matter of enhancing the work of SPI (SAI) and other items. The meeting put forward the following requirements: earnestly implement the Regulations on the Work of the Party Institutes (Administrative Institutes) of the Communist Party of China, stick to the fundamental principle that the Party institutes must serve the Party, firmly keep to the correct direction for the work of the Party institutes (administrative institutes) in the new era, continuously enhance the exploration and practice of the rules of running and operating the Party institutes, strengthen personnel cultivation, improve the capacities for teaching, scientific research, consultation and management, and strive to open up a new prospect for the work of SPI (SAI).
