On September 9, at our invitation, Ms. ManisaBunchit, anofficial in human resources from the Office of the Thai Civil Service Commission, together with her colleague, came to SAI. They would be working as interns at our institute from September 9 to 20, learning about human resources management and development, and its digital application and innovation. Vice President GUO Qingsong presided over the meeting.

 GUO Qingsong said that according to the demand and specific purposes of the Thai side, wecarefully arranged a two-week internship covering public management, human resources, civil service management and training, inspection visits, on-site teaching experience. We hope that it will help you understand in person the civil service management and training in Shanghai under the modern information technology environment. GUO also introduced the general situation of Shanghai Administrative Institute and its international programs, and answered the questions from Thai officials about the training and assessment of civil servants and the online courses.

 Ms. Manisa thanked Shanghai Administration Institute for its invitation and warm reception. She said that the Office of the Thai Civil Service Commission is currently conducting an international study on human resources management. In the name of the X+3 program,X stands for Thailand and the number 3 means three countries: China, Japan and South Korea. She hopes that through this internship in China, she can better understand the role and responsibility of Shanghai Administration Institute, as well as the development and reform of China's civil service system.

The two sides also discussed future cooperation.
