In order to acquaint the traineeswith the policies and guidelines of the NPC and CPPCC in the first time, recently invited FAN Yun, a Deputy to the NPCto make a speechto the 308trainees at the New Era Forum and interpret the spirit of the NPC and CPPCC. FAN is also the Chairman of Shanghai Fushen Evaluation and Consulting Group and Vice-chairman of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce. Vice President ZENGJun hosted the event.

FAN Yun gave a full review of the congress. She spoke of the congress as the one for democracy, unity, endeavoringand seeking the truth out of facts. All the deputies had successfully completed various tasks at the congress, integrated political science, ideology and actions into the decisions and plans of the CPC central committee, and unswervingly promoted high-quality development, resulting in a decisive foundation for successfully building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. During the congress, the Party and State leaders listened to the opinions of the deputies of the Shanghai delegation, expressed their satisfaction with the achievementsof Shanghai and put forward further expectations. That was really encouraging and inspiring. Ms. FAN also introduced in detail the main contents of the reports and bills adopted at the congress, and expressed her views on hot issues such as how to strengthen the supervision of the stock market, set up a technology innovation board, and regulatetheonlinecar-hailing service. She then talked of her own performance of duty, which waswarmly welcomed.

ZENG Jun said that Ms FANs detailed, informative yet plain speech fully reflects how dedicated and capable a NPC deputy can be, which is worth learning from. He also encouraged the trainees to study earnestly and implement the spirit of General Secretary XI Jinpings important speeches, carry forward the spirit of the NPC and CPPCC in their study and work, and work hard to realize their dreams.
