On December 9, Shanghai Administration Institute (SAI) held a ceremony to appoint Otto Scharmer, a famous scholar of MIT, co-founder of the Presencing Institute and founder of Theory U, as a visiting professor of Peter Senge & Otto Scharmer Innovative Leadership Shanghai Workshop of SAI. Vice President ZENG Jun attended the appointment ceremony and presented him the letter of appointment. The ceremony was presided over by the Training Division Director TU Ye. Otto Scharmer’s team, young teachers of the workshop and personnel in charge of international cooperation projects of Cadre Education Office of the Organization Department of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee attended the ceremony.

    After the ceremony, Professor Otto Scharmer shared the latest achievements of Theory U with young teachers of the workshop.
