As entrusted by the Training Center of Chinese Academy of Governance, our institute had the 2016 Public Administration Training Class for Kyrghyzstan Senior and Intermediate Civil Servants from Sept. 21 to Sept. 24. The training class consisted of 18 Algerian senior officials from the Ministry of National Cadre Service, General Office of the President, Ministry of Labor and Social Development, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Social Fund, etc. Mr. JIANG Wei, Deputy Director of the Training Center of Chinese Academy of Governance, came along to visit our institute.

    On the morning of Sept. 22, Vice President ZENG Jun met the delegation members and had a group photo taken with them in the company of the heads of the Foreign Affairs Office and Division of Training. WANG Zhiping, Director of Department of Economics and Management, lectured on “The Course of and Enlightenment on Shanghai’s Reform and Opening-up”. On the afternoon of Sept. 22 and the morning of Sept. 23, the trainees went to China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Gumei Subdistrict respectively for on-site study, which helped them know about the pilot reform of the free trade zone and the grass-root government’s governance and service innovation. The trainees and the teachers had interactions and communications in a warm atmosphere.

    Ms. Alymkulovasadygul, head of the training class and director of the National Civil Servant Test Center of Kyrghyzstan Ministry of National Carder Service, made a speech on behalf of the training class and thanked for the considerate arrangement by Shanghai Administration Institute. She expressed that she was greatly inspired by what she learned in China, and was glad to hear that Kyrghyzstan Presidential Academy of Management (Академию государственного управления при президенте КР) had established a good cooperation relationship with SAI. She hoped the trainees would further improve their administration skills through the study this time.
