The Supply-side Reform is a buzzword now in the China’s economic transition and development. The supply-side structural reform starts from the improvement of supply quality to roll out the structural reform to develop economy. By improving the quality of supplies to promote the comprehensive balance between supply and demand, the reform will change the unbalanced supply-demand relationship in terms of structure, quantity and level, and thus achieve the efficient growth of economy. The attending experts had symposiums focusing on major hot issues such as the ongoing supply-side reform in China and macro-economic situation, interpretations of major policies enacted at the sessions of NPC and CPPCC, and pilot reform and innovation in Shanghai.
The success of the forum will play a positive role in helping build on the academic reputation of SPI, expand the platform of external cooperation and communication, and enhance the influence of SPI No.5 Branch.
