Wang briefed Shanghai Administration Institute by generalizing its two features: “1+5” group school-running system and education internationalization. The main campus is in charge of the education for Party leaders and government officials in Shanghai, and the 5 branches are respectively responsible for the training in cultural publicity, politics and laws, urban construction and transport, science & technology, and education and healthcare, state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises and economy. When talking about internationalization, Wang pointed out that SAI attached great importance to opening up and international collaboration. Now SAI has established a relatively stable cooperative relationship with more than 30 official training institutions and well-known universities in the world covering all the five continents, among which there are Harvard and Oxford,. Wang hoped to strengthen cooperation with NOAG in the fields of public servants training, joint research and public administration.

Tsevegmed said that NOAG shares a lot of similarities with SAI in areas such as its functions, targeted positions and curricula. The National Academy of Governance is under the General Office of the Mongolian President. Its history could trace back to 1911. Since its official founding in 1999, it has positioned itself as an institution for training public servants and providing consultancy for Mongolian Government.

In order to facilitate the future cooperation between each other, SAI and NAOG signed MOU officially after the meeting.
