Martin Romero, Deputy Consul General of the Argentine Republic came to SAI and had a talk with Prof. Guo Qingsong, VP of SAI，on October 29th. He was appointed Deputy Consul General in Shanghai this March and it was his first time to SAI. The purpose of his visit was to learn about the cooperation programs SAI was planning to carry out with the institutions in Argentine in the future. 

   With the assistance from the Consulate General of the Argentine Republic in Shanghai, Prof. Guo, together with his other five colleagues, had visited Argentina Instituo Nacional de la Administracion Publica(INAP), Argentina Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento(UNGS) and Argentina Universidad Nacional de San Martin(UNSAM) this September. During his visit in Argentine, he had friendly talks with the leaders and faculty at the above-mentioned institutions. They all expressed their intent to cooperate with SAI in government officials training and research. Prof. Guo really appreciated the help from Martin. Without his effort, the visit of SAIs delegation to Argentine would not have been so smooth and fruitful. On behalf of SAI, he welcomed other Argentina delegations, accompanied by the Consulate General of the Argentine Republic in Shanghai, to visit SAI in the future.

   Martin enjoyed his visit to SAI and expressed his wish that, with his coordination, SAI would sign MOU with the above-mentioned institutions soon.
